I saw the infomercials when on my honeymoon in the US and got it as soon as I got home. This I the only product i have been able to wash my hair with and let it dry naturally. Shampoos have always dried my hair out and made it frizzy. It doesn't replace styling but for the first time in my life I can go out of the house without product or without putting my hair in a pony tail after just washing it. It is noticeably softer and has more body. I am converted and won't go back to normal shampoo again.

I have oily hair and wash it every day. My hair is medium length and is coloured. It is naturally wavy/curly. I have used shampoos and conditioners ranging in price from $2 to $30 per bottle plus countless hair products to straighten or enhance curls. Until now I have not been satisfied with anything. I have just started using Wen and find it superb! I use 3-4 pumps (not 24 as some other posts state). This is enough to massage into my scalp and comb through the length of my hair. After three weeks my hair is in the best condition ever. I can't wait for my next cut & the hairdresser to say how great the condition is. I use the styling cream and about half a pump of conditioning cleanser to enhance my curls, they are the best ever. I'm not sure the texture balm does anything. I purchased the 30 day supply so I'm not sure if I need to re order or if it automatically come. I don't want to be without it!
GUTHY-RENKER RESPONSE: Hi Louise, thanks for the great feedback! You will receive a fresh supply of WEN automatically, no need to reorder!

Carol, I too had the exact same problems, I brought it for my gf to try for Christmas in Nov and didn't realize they were going to continue to debit my account. After I received the second lot I asked to cancel and arranged to return (at my own expense, $15 from Tas) And what do you know they go ahead and charge me again and tell me I will continue to get charged until I return products because I owe them money?? Very confusing and the customer service is very, very poor. Would not recommend anyone purchasing Wen from this website
GUTHY-RENKER RESPONSE: We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Your comments have been passed to our Customer Service Manager.

I like the product, but the customer service from the mail order company is very poor. I must have missed the bit on the website that said you would automatically receive more shipments. When I tried to send it back I had no end of trouble. I tried to phone several times, was told I would have to leave a message and someone would phone back - I gave my home number and was assured that someone would ring me that afternoon. Of course, they did not phone back until a couple of days later, and I was at work, so was not there to take the call. In the end my money was refunded for the items that I sent back (less $12.95 postage - who charges that much for postage anyway?) but it took more than two weeks for the refund to be processed. I would like to keep using the product, but it is just FAR TOO EXPENSIVE, especially when things that you have not ordered get sent to you. A very disappointing and stressful experience. I will be very unlikely to keep using it because of the poor customer service and the expense.

This product made no difference to my hair. I am extremely disappointed in the product. I feel that it is over-rated and the ads on TV are deceiving. I have rang 1800 500903 2 days running & keep getting told they are busy can they call me back. Shocking customer service. I'll never use this company again & I am sure to tell my family and friends of this. Not happy Jan!!!
GUTHY-RENKER RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback Jan. We find this very disappointing and have sent it on to our Customer Service Manager to investigate.

After using the product I have found that with my thick curly hair I can straighten it much much easier (in half the time), but to have my hair in its natural state I am still not satisfied. It is frizzy and unruly curly, have tried to use the style creme but still not happy. I have given it to a friend to try and she has ordered the product. I wish it would last longer though and that you did not need to use so much although I only wash my hair a few times a week I still go through the bottle fast. Think I will buy it again when I have the cash.

iv had this product for two weeks and used it probably every second day and its practically empty! although i have very long hair down to my waist it just doesnt last! i have to use up to 30 pumps a wash which just isnt practical for the quantity and price of WEN. my hair is pretty thick and becomes oily quickly, i have noticed that my hair become more fequently oily when using WEN (even tho i did rinse it for half an hour!) which i hated because i try to wash my hair only when i need to because of the length and also to conserve the natural oils to keep it healthy. Although on the other hand it is a really nice product dispite the negative comments above^. my hair had alot more volume, silkyness and shin.. although like i said this didnt last long. i will be returning this product and not happy that i have to pay return postage. i may try the cucumber and aloe cleansing conditioner which is for oily hair types.. when i can afford it.

Well, at first it didnt seem to be doing too much, but after a few days my hair felt so beautifully soft, but as with most people I have found it very discouraging that you have to use so many pumps. I have short hair/medium length hair and my bottle only lasted 3 weeks before it ran out. Now Im confused if I have any coming in the mail soon, being an automatic member, all I can find on the website is you get a new shipment every 90 days.........that aint gunna work. I think I will be sending this product back even though I am in love with the smell.......will chat with someone on the 1800 number tomorrow and make my final decision. I do love the idea that it has no SLS etc.

Do Not buy this product if you have oily hair. They don't tell you that but it just makes your hair look dirty. I am sure it would be fine for dry or frizzy hair. Not worth the price and annoyed i now have to pay to send it back.

I was initially a bit annoyed that you have to use so much of the product (24 pumps), but I have to admit I have fallen in love with the product. I have fine, long hair with a natural wave (goes frizzy in humid conditions. My hair feels unbelievably soft since I have started using the product, and it looks great, probably because the product doesn't strip all the oils from your hair. Most shampoos leave my hair feeling like straw. I also feel like my hair does have more body and it feels healthier.
Because you have to use so much of the product, I am stretching it out by using a normal shampoo every third wash (I usually wash my hair every three days), and using the cleanser as a conditioner. I think I would find it hard going back to a 'normal' shampoo as this product feels so healthy and good for my hair.

After using Wen for the first time, I noticed a difference. My usual hair products leave my hair looking dull and feeling dry, but Wen makes my hair feel soft and manageable with alot more body. I love the smell too! After the first time I used it my 4 year old daughter said, 'mmm, you smell nice!'. The only negative thing if any, is the amount you are meant to use. At the moment I have short hair so it isn't that bad, but as I am growing my hair it will end up costing a small fortune with the amount of product you have to use for long hair (24 pumps each time!)

Brilliant. 4 decades of useless, frustrating frizz...& all those endless hours of styling I wish I could get back....GONE. How good is it that you get to throw out all those useless bottles of product clogging up your bathroom, that there's so much less hair maintenance time each day, that my hair has health and movement, and that I finally have good hair days EVERY day!!!??? Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! One of the best purchases I ever made.

I have mixed feelings about this product. On the one hand, it does make my hair look REALLY nice when I blowdry it after my shower. It has heaps more body and bounce (very impt for my fine hair). But within a few hours, I notice it always goes a bit frizzy (maybe it's the Auckland humidity?). I also don't like how much product you need to use...at 24 pumps per day, the bottle will probably only last me a month max. And lastly, I'm really confused about when you're meant to dry your hair (afterall, you get a nice white hair towel with your order). The instructions say to put in 1-2 pumps as a leave in conditioner when your hair is still soaking wet. Then the next step talks about styling (e.g. with styling creme and a blow dryer). Does this mean you towel-dry your hair after you put in the conditioner? Maybe I'm doing it wrong, and that's why my hair goes frizzy after a few hours. Anyway...long story short....I'll be returning the product.
